Mapbox

Google Gemini AI API
Our CV Optimisation feature uses the Google Gemini AI API to analyse your CV and job description. When you use this feature, your CV text and job description are sent to Google for analysis. According to Google, this data isn't stored or used to train their models. However, we encourage you to read the Google Gemini privacy policy for more information.

Data Storage
All data ApprenticeWatch stores about you is held securely in data centres located in London, United Kingdom.
Retention of Your Personal Data
We will only keep your personal data for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will also retain and use your data where necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
CV text and job descriptions submitted for the CV Optimisation feature are retained indefinitely. This data is valuable to us as it helps us to continuously improve our AI algorithm and provide a better service to our users.
We also retain Usage Data for internal analysis. This data is generally kept for a shorter period, unless it's needed to improve security or functionality, or if we're legally required to keep it for longer.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including personal data, is processed at our offices and in other locations where the parties involved in the processing are based. This means your data may be transferred to and stored on computers outside of your local area, where data protection laws may be different.
