Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical issues in simple termsStrong fault-finding, problem-solving, and analytical abilities with a logical approachProficient in Microsoft 365, G Suite, Windows Server, Active Directory, and backup technologies like VeeamUnderstanding of networking principles, VOIP telephony, and infrastructure monitoringA proactive self-starter who takes ownership and remains calm under pressureTeam-oriented and respectful, with a “give and take” attitudeEager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused with a drive to deliver service excellenceCertifications or training in Microsoft technologies or networking are a plusExperience in 1st line support is essential, ideally over a few yearsStrong knowledge of desktop support and IT infrastructure is required
